You’ll travel between islands with ease on CalMac ferries, which are included in your holiday price, making your journey as scenic and enjoyable as the destinations themselves. Along the way, you’ll have the chance to visit idyllic beaches such as Luskentyre on Harris, explore the Callanish Standing Stones on Lewis, and wander the charming towns like Tarbert and Portree. Discover the arts and crafts of local weavers, including the famous Harris Tweed, or visit the historic Blackhouse Village on Lewis to experience traditional island life.

| Day 1 | Depart Oban ferry terminal for your scenic sailing to Barra, arriving in the evening, so dining aboard the ship may be the sensible choice. Settle in to your accommodation, then maybe explore one of Barras beaches. | Barra |

| Day 4 | A complete change of scene today, as you leave the Uists and arrive in the more mountainous Isle of Harris. Shell sand beaches line the road north from the ferry and it’s worth taking time to stroll on one of them. | Day 5 | Full day circular tour of Lewis, including the rugged countryside that gives way to the beaches at Uig in Lewis. See the ancient stones at Callanish and, perhaps, the restored Black House village at Gearrannan. | Lewis |
| Day 6 | A 45-minute drive back down to Tarbert, where you board the ferry to Uig (Skye). Spend the afternoon exploring the scenic west coast of Skye. | Skye |
| Day 7 | Today, you’ll bid farewell to the Hebrides, as you take the scenic drive south through Skye to catch a ferry to Mallaig on the mainland. If you prefer, you can cross to Kyle of Lochalsh by the Skye bridge. |
