Accommodation
Inside there are four spacious luxury en-suite bedrooms, including one for the less mobile visitor. Every room is thus designed and furnished to give you comfort and relaxation, with every possible convenience. A good night’s sleep is assured with luxury mattresses, fine Egyptian cotton bed linen and goose down duvets. For those with allergies, synthetic duvets and pillows are available on request.
Food and drink
Broad Bay House is proud to have received the prestigious VisitScotland “Taste our Best” food award for exceptional use of local produce from the Outer Hebrides. This esteemed award is testament to the commitment of high-quality cuisine crafted from locally sourced ingredients. Great care is taken in selecting fresh ingredients from across the Outer Hebrides and Highlands, ensuring that guests experience the true flavours of the region.
For breakfast, a continental option provides ample choices, while the cooked Scottish breakfast menu features an array of dishes, all accompanied by our delicious homemade bread.
As an added treat, Broad Bay House offers an informal 3-course evening meal twice a week. Advanced booking is essential. The 3-course evening meals feature a set menu showcasing seasonal ingredients sourced locally. Alternatively, guests can opt for one of two sharing platters – either our tantalizing Scottish Tasting Platter or Cheese & Charcuterie Platter – perfect for indulging with a companion.
